Checking Order Availability

Checking Order Availability

Before creating an order, it is important to make sure that all the necessary data is configured for the product: assortment, contract, packaging, ordering permission, and delivery diagram.

MySales has the “Check order possibility” function for this purpose. It allows you to quickly determine whether a specific SKU is ready to be ordered for the selected store and what data is missing if ordering is not possible.

Where the check is available

  • Item Parameters;

  • Diagrams.

Click 💬 and select:

How to understand the result

Ordering is possible only when all the necessary data is available for the SKU.

Products that are ready to be ordered are highlighted in green.

A green status means that all the necessary parameters are configured for the SKU and the product is ready to be ordered.

What to do if the SKU is not highlighted in green

If the product should be available to order but does not have a green status, check what data is missing.

The following may be missing:

  • the product in the store’s assortment;

  • a contract;

  • a pack multiple;

  • ordering permission;

  • a delivery diagram;

  • the date of the next order.

After adding or correcting the missing data, run the check again.

Result

The “Check order possibility” function helps identify a problem before creating an order.

The user can immediately see:

  • whether the SKU is ready to be ordered;

  • which settings are already in the system;

  • what data is missing;

  • what needs to be checked or corrected.

This helps identify the reasons why a product is not being ordered more quickly, reduces the number of errors, and reduces manual searching for problems in different sections of the system.

Summary: instead of a simple message saying “the product cannot be ordered”, the user receives a clear SKU status and sees exactly what is preventing the order from being created.
